WHAT IF I PLACED MY ORDER THROUGH INSTAGRAM?

All Instagram orders are returnable for OVERSEAS & Co. CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of the delivered date. If an item is sent back after 14 days, the item will be sent back to you and a $15 reshipping fee will apply.

THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER, CAN OVERSEAS & Co. HELP?

We do our very best to ensure your purchase is everything you anticipated. Please as soon as possible, so we can rectify any questions or concerns. We are here to help and will always do our best to make it right.

WHAT IF I PAID VIA OVERSEAS & Co. CREDIT AND I WANT TO RETURN THAT ITEM?

You can return the item and your refund will be processed back to your OVERSEAS & Co. credit. Please note shipping charges are deducted from your refund if you used your OVERSEAS & Co. credit to pay for the item.

 WHY CAN'T I FIND THE BRAND I WANT TO PURCHASE?

We try our best to provide OVERSEAS & Co. customers with all the luxury brands. Luxury brands including Christian Louboutin, Saint Laurent, Valentino, Gucci and more. AN ITEM I WANTED SOLD OUT! WHAT CAN I DO?

Unfortunately, once an item sells out, it's no longer available. If you are looking for any item in particular, reach out to the team and we will try our best to source as we are able.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales taxes will only be charged on orders that are shipped to Maryland. Other states and providences will not incur any sales taxes at this time.

DO ALL ITEMS ON OVERSEAS & Co. COME IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

Most our items do come in the original packaging. However, in some unique situations, there may be missing items such as a dust bag, heel tips or the original box. Additionally, once in a while the packaging may not be in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact customer support via email or DM.

WHICH ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM DISCOUNT CODES?

Instagram orders are not eligible for promotional codes due to their already lowered price. Some items from our site may be excluded from discount codes. You can find out whether or not an item is excluded by reading through the product description on our site.

DOES OVERSEAS & Co. HAVE IN PERSON LOCATIONS? NO not currently, as we are growing fast and International we are opening our doors 2021!
